DeliveryDo you deliver across Egypt, and how long does it take?
Yes, we deliver to all Egyptian governorates. Orders in Alexandria, Cairo, and Giza arrive in 24 to 48 business hours (orders placed before 2:00 PM are dispatched the same day). All other governorates arrive within 2 to 4 business days.
Shipping CostsHow is shipping calculated?
Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout based on your governorate and address, and you will see it before confirming your order.
Cash on DeliveryCan I pay on delivery (Cash on Delivery)?
Yes, Cash on Delivery is available across all governorates. You can also pay by debit or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Meeza) — our team sends you a secure payment link after confirming the order.
Parcel InspectionCan I inspect the parcel with the courier before paying?
Yes. You can inspect the parcel with the courier and make sure your order is complete before paying anything.
Returns & ExchangesWhat is your return and exchange policy?
You can request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery, as long as the perfume is in its original condition with the box sealed. Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and we will arrange everything.
Damaged OrdersWhat happens if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?
Contact us right away on WhatsApp or at care@simat.store. We dispatch a replacement parcel the same day at no extra shipping cost.
GiftingCan I send an order as a gift with hidden prices?
Yes. Tick the gift option in your cart. We wrap the parcel with care, write your message on a gift card, and keep all prices and invoices out of the box.
