We want your SIMAT experience to feel easy from the moment you order until your perfume arrives.
Returns & exchanges
- You can request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as the perfume is in its original condition with the box sealed.
- Received a damaged or wrong item? Tell us within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it at our cost.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund is issued within 7 business days.
- To start a return or exchange, message us on WhatsApp with your order number.
Shipping & delivery
We deliver to every governorate in Egypt. Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout based on your governorate and address. Alexandria, Cairo and Giza: 24–48 business hours; other governorates: 2–4 business days.
